We have very flexable payment terms. Pay a $100 per person
deposit to book, $100 per person deposit is due prior to December 1, 2008 with the balance being due prior to March 1, 2009.
Balance is due in our office by 3/1/09. All packages
booked after 4/1/09 require full payment by credit card at the time of booking. American Express, Mastercard, Visa,
Discover, money orders or checks are accepted.
Meals are not included unless otherwise stated.
Cancellations between the time of booking &
3/1/09 will forfeit all deposits paid. Cancellations after 3/1/09 are not refundable
We offer child rates!!*Children 12 or younger staying in
the same room with 2 paying adults are as follows: Floor Seating $199.00 per child; Lower Level Seating
$179.00 per child.
*** Children charged at the child rate do not apply toward room occupancy count until you have 2 paying adults.
Ex: 2 adults + one child = double occupancy plus child rate; etc.
