"Package" shall include ticket to official CMA Fest events as outlined on the "CMA Fest Package page" of this site and hotel accommodations (nightly charge and state plus local taxes currently 14.25%). All other charges are the responsibility of the Purchaser(s).

"Purchaser(s)" includes and extends to all parties to a package, (ex: 4 people sharing a room) and not solely the person making payment for the Package. All parties to a package shall be aware of these terms prior to Package purchase. Agreement to the terms herein confirm acknowledgement by all parties.

Reservations Policy

Purchaser(s) agrees to pay package deposits as specified at time of purchase. Purchaser(s) must specify room occupancy (number of people) at time of reservation. Purchaser(s) agrees to pay all subsequent deposits on or before their due date. Non-payment of any installment of the reservation agreement by the due date will result in cancellation of Package and forfeiture of all funds paid toward Package price. Reservations made after April 1, 2008 require full payment to confirm reservation.

Cancellation Policy

All cancellations must be in writing and must be e-mailed to customerservice@roadtriptraveler.com or mailed to the address listed at the bottom of this page. All deposits are NON REFUNDABLE. Cancellation of package after April 1, 2008 has restrictions and may not be refundable.  Cancellation after May 1, 2008 is NON REFUNDABLE.

Hold Harmless Agreement

Purchaser(s), being of lawful age, in consideration of participating in all events and obtaining hotel accommodations for special event, such as CMA Fest, WAIVE, RELEASE, and DISCHARGE Road Trip Traveler, its shareholders, employees, members, agents, assigns, legal representatives and successors, and all business associates and partners (Road Trip Traveler) involved in the presentation of the above noted activity and each of them their owners, officers and employees, from all liability for or by reason of any damage, loss or injury to person and property, even injury resulting in the death of the Purchaser(s), which has been or may be sustained in

consequence of the Purchaser's(s) participation in CMA Fest or in connection with hotel accommodations purchase with the Package, and notwithstanding that such damage, loss or injury may have been caused solely or partly by the negligence of the release.

Force Majeure

The performance of this agreement by either party is subject to acts of God, war, government regulations, disaster, strikes, civil disorders, or other emergencies making illegal or impossible to substantially perform this Agreement.

Errors and Omissions

Road Trip Traveler makes every attempt to maintain the integrity of this site and present accurate information. Road Trip Traveler is not responsible for any errors and/or omissions that may occur as a result of inaccurate information given to Road Trip Traveler by any third party and posted on this site. Road Trip Traveler will correct any inaccurate information immediately upon notification and notify any affected party as soon as practicable. Event schedule information and current news items posted on this site or routinely disseminated to users of this site are for general informational purposes only and should be verified with the official event organizer. Road Trip Traveler is not responsible for loss incurred due to reliance on general information or news items included in this site.

Use of Image

Purchaser(s) acknowledges that CMA Fest is a highly publicized event. Road Trip Traveler is not responsible for use of Purchaser's(s) appearance, name, voice and likeness used in connection with the event.

Incidental Expenses

After Package purchase, Purchaser(s) will be responsible for incidental hotel expenses (i.e. phone, room service, parking, etc.).

Returned Check Policy

In the event a draft for payment of a Package or deposit is returned not honored for any reason Road Trip Traveler will assess a $25.00 fee, in addition to the draft amount. Package will cancel 10 days after notification to Purchaser(s) of return draft, plus service charge, unless replaced by certified funds.

Acknowledgement

I hereby acknowledge and agree that I have carefully read these terms, that I fully understand same, and that I am freely and voluntarily executing same. By agreeing to these terms I will be forever prevented from suing or otherwise claiming against the Road Trip Traveler for any property loss or personal injury that I may sustain while participating in or preparing for the above noted activity. I understand that this Agreement is binding on me, my spouse, my heirs, my executors, administrators, personal representatives, assigns and all participants/attendees included in the Package I am purchasing for CMA Fest. The terms of this release are contractual and not a mere recital.
