General Information
What to expect: Country Music Television (CMT) plays continuously in the lobby via a 50-inch plasma TV. A mini-jukebox sits atop the front desk, and complimentary apples are served in an old snare drum. White-marble floors and fresh flowers help set the scene as conventioneers and vacation travelers ride the two main escalators.
Amenity highlights: Guests have access to a 24-hour business center equipped with high-speed Internet access (surcharge), computer workstations, and color printers. The fitness center is also open 24 hours, and houses a heated indoor pool, fitness room, and locker facilities. Room service is available 24 hours as well. The adjacent Nashville Convention Center is accessible from the lobby floor, and on-site meeting space totals 31,000 square feet. Other amenities include a restaurant, deli, and two small lounges.
Insider tip: The legendary Ryman Auditorium is located within walking distance of the hotel. Guests can record an original CD at the venue’s private studio--the on-site studio engineer records those willing to sing along to a few country standards such as Willie Nelson’s Crazy, made famous by Patsy Cline (surcharge).

Property Amenities
Staffed from early morning to early evening, the 24-hour business center features six computer workstations, four laptop ports, and two color copiers. High-speed Internet access is available for a surcharge.
